The robust galvanised steel wire armour provides exceptional protection against crushing, impact, and rodent damage, ensuring the integrity of the electrical supply. We supply SWA cables in various core configurations (including 3-core and 4-core) and cross-sectional areas to accommodate different load requirements and circuit designs. Available with standard black or violet outer sheathing, our cables meet all relevant British Standards for electrical safety.

Flexible Cables for Internal Column Wiring

In addition to heavy-duty underground mains cables, we stock a selection of high-quality flexible cables designed for the internal wiring of lighting columns, connecting the base cut-out to the luminaire at the top of the post. These flexes are manufactured to remain pliable even in cold temperatures, simplifying installation within the narrow shaft of the column while providing reliable, long-lasting performance.
