Please make sure to read our Delivery & Returns information prior to placing any orders.

Delivery Options and Logistical Restrictions.

 

Click and Collect.

All three depots offer a customer “Click and Collect” facility.

Collection times are:

  • Monday to Thursday – 8am to 4pm.
  • Friday – 8am to 3pm.

To avoid any unnecessary travel to our depot, we will contact you to confirm when your order will be available for collection.

Delivery Service.

Small Packages & Pallets.

Our delivery courier service operates as standard on a Next Day (24 Hour)Delivery ,based upon your order being processed no later than 2pm the previous day.

This is offered subject to the standard geographical and congestion restrictions associated with and applied to Scottish Highlands, London, Devon and Cornwall. Where deliveries are required to be made to these areas we recommend allowing for a 2-3 day delivery timescale.

We currently do not offer a standard delivery service to any of the UK Isles. Please contact websales@streetlightingsupplies.com to obtain your delivery cost options.

Columns & Sign Posts.

Since these products vary in length, weight and often require specialist transportation and off-loading. All column and sign posts are therefore designated as an abnormal load and as such are priced based on an individual basis.

Upon receipt of your order we will contact you to confirm the delivery timescales, whether there are any restricted vehicle access  to and site restrictions prior to dispatching the delivery. Delivery timescales will be advised at this time.

Returns.

We operate a strict non-return policy for all materials purchased from our website unless they are deemed to be faulty and/or damaged.

If you suspect your order is faulty/damaged, please contact websales@streetlightingsupplies.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and include images detailing the fault/damage.

We pride ourselves on supplying quality products therefore our After Sales team are on hand to carefully investigate and promptly resolve each query on an individual basis.
